- Central reservation office hours: Monday to Sunday from 9:00-12:00/15:00-19:00
- Reception hours: Monday to Friday (except Wednesday): 9.30am-12.30pm / 3pm-5pm; Saturday: 3pm-6pm; Closed: Wednesday and Sunday
- Reception hours in Summer: Monday to Sunday: 9.30am-12.30pm / 3.30pm-6.30pm
- Heated outdoor swimming pool opening hours: Monday to Sunday: 10am to 8pm (April to September); Monday to Sunday: 10am to 8pm (July and August)
- Arrival times: Arrivals can be made every day (no physical reception on Sunday), from 4pm to 6pm. For late arrivals (outside the opening periods of the reception and/or the bar) please contact us on 05 19 07 22 68 so that we can inform you of the arrangements.
- Departure times: Departures are in the morning between 8am and 10am.
